Social Care Manager

I started my position here at Cumbria Quality Care in March 2022. I was welcomed into the team as care coordinator and progressed on to the role of Social Care Manager.

Prior to me joining Cumbria Quality Care, I had worked in health and social care as a support worker since I was 17. I began by working out in the community and continued to do this for 6 years. I then went on to work in an office for a domiciliary home care agency and this is where I found my love and passion for managing a team of support workers and client’s needs to ensure the correct care packages were in place and everyone always received dignity respect and choice.

I have great passion in my role, and always aim to do everything to the best of my ability.

I am really enjoying my role here at Cumbria Quality Care as their Social Care Manager and can’t wait to see what the future brings.
