Care Quality Commission Inspection 2016

We recently had an inspection from care quality commission that showed we achieved a rating of Good on all of the core functions. We get inspected on the following areas:

• Are we safe?
• Are we effective?
• Are we caring?
• Are we responsive
• Are we well led?

The inspection covered all of the above areas and we are very pleased that we can share with you that we achieved a rating of “good” on each of the areas. This as our first inspection under the new process is a result we are very pleased with as well as receiving some excellent feedback from clients and their families.
