2022 Staff Bonus Scheme

Looking to join Cumbria Quality Care? Now is the best time to join with some fantastic bonus schemes available. As well as your normal wage, travel time, mileage, paid holidays and pension there is the opportunity to earn additional bonuses throughout January, February and March.

Bonus scheme 1
Full time staff, working an average per month, minimum of 30 hours per week will be eligible for a £250.00 bonus per month.
Part time staff, working an average per month, minimum of 16 hours per week will be eligible for a £125.00 bonus per month.

Bonus scheme 2
Attendance bonus: all staff who have no sickness, absence or handing back of work will be eligible for a £100 bonus per month.

Bonus scheme 3
Welcome bonus: any new starters who commence employment with Cumbria Quality Care between 1st of January and 31st of March 2022, will be eligible for a £150.00 welcome bonus following one full month’s employment after completion of induction.

Bonus scheme 4
Refer a friend: any staff members that refer a friend to work for Cumbria Quality Care will be eligible for a £125.00 bonus following the friend’s successful application and one full month’s employment after completion of their induction.
