Support work is a highly skilled job and as such we strive to ensure that our team are constantly developing their skills, training and accreditations.
Mandatory Training
Our range of mandatory training courses ensure that all of our care staff are suitably well equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources to work with our clients both within their own homes and in our own facilities. We have our own dedicated Training Suite, allowing us to deliver the most effective training to our staff.
Further Training
In addition to our comprehensive mandatory training covered above, we also offer an abundance of further training to our staff.
Qualifications
As well as achieving the mandatory qualifications required in order to provide support services, we also encourage our staff to complete apprenticeships to achieve a range of diplomas.
