As well as ensuring all our staff complete the mandatory training, we offer a vast amount of additional training tailored around service users individual needs, such as Autism, Behaviours of Concern, Diabetes, ADHD, Epilepsy, Learning Disabilities, Therapeutic Care, Trauma Informed Care, Makaton, Pecs, Stoma Care and many more.

Staff are supported to develop their knowledge and skills in a wide range of additional training, personal development and options for specialising in specific areas of practise.
