Hi I started working at cumbria quality care in May 2023 having just moved to the area. Previously I’ve been working in health and social care for 10 years mainly with adults with autism.

Since I joined the company I found the team very friendly and welcoming. The service user i work with is awesome and im really enjoying working for the company.

The company is expanding and its a exciting time to be apart of the company.

Any issues ive had the office has sorted it and im very happy being here.
