Support Worker

I started working for Cumbria quality care in May 2023. I left school at 16 and worked in a care home for the elderly for 6 years, which was very rewarding. I then decided I would love a career change and would love to help support children with complex needs and disabilities, since joining the team I have learned so many new things and I absolutely love how rewarding this job is. I wake up every morning and look forward to going to work. The staff are so lovely to work with and the management team is so organised, I couldn’t ask for a better company to work along side with.
