Advanced Support Worker

l have worked for Cumbria Quality Care for two and a half years working as an Advanced Support Worker.

• I have experience working with young adults with Autism as well as Learning disabilities.
• I have level one Makaton training to help communicate with service users.
• I have a level 5 QLS and CPD Accredited Diploma in Health and Social Care.

I find being able to support service users everyday quality of life very rewarding.

When I am not working, I like to spend as much time as l can with my five year old son.
