Support Worker

I started my journey with Cumbria Quality Care a few years ago working in domiciliary care. I absolutely loved working in the adult social care sector, however his year I took on a new role helping to support children and young adults in their everyday lives and to work with them to provide the best possible care.

I truly believe this is one the most rewarding jobs anybody could do, I thoroughly enjoy my role and look forward to going to work every single day which I feel is so important.

Cumbria Quality Care is a fantastic place to work. The management team have done a great job with flexible working, making sure I can work the hours that work for me and my family since having my little boy last year. It’s been a pleasure to work for Alan and Sharon the last few years and to be a part of the CQC family, watching the business grow and all they have achieved. I look forward to my future with Cumbria Quality Care!
