Advanced Support Worker

I began working for Cumbria Quality Care in March 2024 initially in the Day Centre, during this I completed my Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I am now looking forward to completing the Level 3 Diploma. Whilst at Cumbria Quality Care I have completed a vast number of training courses which have provided me with great knowledge, skills and understanding.

In 2025 I completed the train the trainer qualification on Attachment and Trauma Informed Behaviour Support and am now part of the team that delivers this training to all of Cumbria Quality Cares team.

What I love most about my job is making a difference to peoples lives and supporting them to achieve their own personal goals.

In my spare time I love to travel, draw and paint and socialising.
