Rota and Office Manager

I started working with Cumbria Quality Care in September 2022 as Rota Manager; I had 6 years previous experience in this role, and prior to that worked as a Health Care Assistant.

Since joining, I have learned so much more in providing care for children and young adults with complex needs requiring supported living. I really enjoy working with a great office team that provides support and guidance each day.

I know that joining the team here was certainly the right decision for me.
