I joined the Cumbria Quality Care family in May 2022. Prior to me joining Cumbria Quality Care, I worked within a nursing home setting caring for individuals with mental health and physical disabilities as well dementia for 7 years.

I decided that my passion was to work in supported living with children and adults. I began working within the young persons supported living in Carlisle, helping those with mental health and learning disabilities.

I absolutely love my job role at Cumbria Quality Care – as a team we can provide person-centred approach/care and truly get to know our service users. Not only does the company support their service users, but they also support their staff fantastically. I’m extremely glad I made the change as I thoroughly love my job!
