I began working with Cumbria Quality Care in December 2021.

Working with Cumbria Quality Care has allowed me to develop skills in my areas of interest around mental health and autism.

I have a passion for support and wanted to develop my career working between home care and supported living. I recently became involved with working in our young person’s services in Carlisle and it has been a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and help them transition from children’s services into to their own tenancy within the own home. 24-hour care is perfect for really getting to know our service users and support them to achieve their goals.
