Cumbria Quality Care offer support for Winter Droving

Having attended the Winter Droving event in Penrith last year I was delighted to hear it is returning again on 30th November 2013. The event is great fun for all ages and has a great community feel to it. Cumbria quality care has agreed to run a stall at this years event and we will be offering free hot chocolate, tea and coffee to help everyone keep warm throughout the day. We will also have table and chairs at our stall for anyone who wants to have a hot drink and a rest. In addition to this we will be offering our support services free of charge to the people of Penrith. We feel that such a great community event should be open to everyone, so if you feel that you or someone you know wouldn’t normally be able to attend such an event, due to confidence or a disability, then we will provide a support worker to accompany you throughout the event. We will also provide transport to anyone that may require this.
